BRAVO-CRP obliges the administration to intensify monitoring of IT systems and increase the preparedness of personnel responsible for their security.
Alert levels may be introduced, changed, or revoked by the Prime Minister after consultation with the Minister of Internal Affairs and the Head of the Internal Security Agency (ABW).
In situations requiring an immediate response, the Minister of Internal Affairs may make a decision after obtaining the ABW's opinion, and must then immediately inform the Prime Minister.
